Our servicing portfolio is approximately $3.6 billion, and is comprised of loans for over 20 different investors. We are experienced at administering loans for life insurance companies and pension funds, as well as for securitizations by mortgage conduits in accordance with CMBS standards and HUD.
We have a full-service loan administration department to take care of payment processing, escrows and reserves, property inspections, financial analysis, and lease reviews. When necessary, we also handle collections, workouts and restructures.
